Redefined Restoration LLC ("Redefined Restoration," "we," "us") provides remote Xactimate estimating, supplement and claim support services to restoration contractors. This policy explains what information our website collects and how we use it.

When you use our Send a Job or contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, job details and any message or files you include. The form is delivered to our email inbox (info@redefinedrestoration.com) through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. We use this information to respond to you, review and complete your job, and send you invoices and updates about your work with us.
Analytics and cookies
