Who are Michael White and Erik Pauliks?
Short answer: Best friends since fifth grade, IICRC-certified co-owners with 25+ combined years in restoration, and the two people who personally write every Redefined estimate.
In Michael's words:
Erik and I have been best friends since fifth grade, and we grew up together. We started our mitigation careers in Chicago, working at two of the most high-volume companies in the business. We spent a lot of our time in the field getting that real-life experience, exposed to multiple situations and multiple customers, which gave us the ability to read between the lines.
From there, both Erik and I relocated to Huntington Beach, California to pursue better careers, better opportunity, and a better lifestyle. Through that experience, we were both promoted to upper management: Erik as mitigation manager, and myself as general manager.
Today, with 25+ combined years of experience as IICRC-certified co-owners, we serve clients nationwide across the United States. What sets us apart is the range of scenarios we've seen and handled firsthand. Erik and I are the ones personally writing every single estimate. We don't outsource it out of the country like a lot of other contractors do.
