Step 2
We review it
We confirm it's a standard file. If it isn't eligible, we tell you before any work starts.
Step 3
We scope & write
Michael or Erik writes the full, line-by-line Xactimate estimate on our own Xactimate license.
Step 4
You get ESX + PDF
You review it, approve it as written or tell us what to remove, and submit it under your company's name.
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on scope complexity.

After your first file
After that, estimates are $150 or 1% of the approved estimate, whichever is higher, and supplements are $150 or 1% of only the new money we add. No subscriptions, no minimum volume.
